Income Eligibility Guidelines have not been issued by USDA; therefore, we are to use the current (2009-10) guidelines for application approvals for the 2010-11 school year.

Any applications approved under the current guidelines will be valid for the entire 2010-11 school year. If/When USDA does issue new IEGs, any applications coming in after that would have to be evaluated on those new guidelines.
